About SOS

SOS is an entity of BSR, where ultimately, every stitch counts.

SOS was established in 2021 as an extension of By Stan R LLC. We are a tailoring business whose purpose is to enhance & perfect the silhouette and overall fit of specific garments from a wide range of clientele. SOS is defined as an urgent appeal for help. Here at BSR, we pride ourselves on time management. By working efficiently, we are able to devout turn around times that caters to our clientele. SOS is also an abbreviation for, “Stan or Stain” which is an ode to the integration between his two most prominent career paths; the fashion industry (Stan. R) and the music industry (DJ Stain) which ultimately bridges the gap between the two professions.

Here at SOS, we cater to any & all body types. We genuinely believe in creating and molding the perfect fit with any given fabric for our clients. Whether it be jeans, dresses, skirts, suits, shorts, skirts, etc. We are your one stop shop for all your wardrobe alterations and necessities.

We are located on the southside of chicago and take clients Monday through Thursday. between 2pm and 5pm and can be contacted through Thumbtack or Booksy for general inquries & to book an appointment for a fitting.
